The manager of the Westhills Mall has been said to have been arrested along with one other person for blocking the entrance of China Mall with rocks.
According to reports, James Mensah, 42, the facility manager of West Hills Mall, and Samuel Annum Adjei, 44, a contractor, were apprehended by the police after the police received a call from the security man of the china mall that they had come to put rocks in front of the mal.
The police were said to have immediately rushed to the scene of the crime where they arrested both of them and sent them to the police station.
The two have been said to have been confirmed to be behind the rocks that were placed in front of the China Mall and are assisting police in their investigations on the matter.
