A Ghanaian man identified as James Jimmy Thompson has shared a very touching story of how he helped a stranger get a job at his former workplace.
He took to his Facebook page to narrate how it all happened. According to him, he was at his office when a lady tapped him on the shoulder from behind to ask for a job vacancy after she mistook him as the owner of the company.
However, he directed her to his boss who told the lady there was no vacancy at the office. Apparently, the lady was searching for a job for his brother who has been struggling to get one for so many years, leaving him depressed about the situation.
James Jimmey said he was moved by the benevolence of the lady and decided to quit his job so her brother could be employed to replace him.
A year after leaving his job for the stranger to occupy his place, he has no job and said he now living a fulfilled life. But He also lamented that he how feels how it is when you don’t have a job after years of looking for one.
