In a video we have spotted, a yet to be identified man narrates how he bought petrol from the atimpoku shell, but he ends up realising that his fuel tank has been filled with half water.
According to the yet to be identified man, he realised his car was jerking and refused to start afterwards, so a mechanic was called and some of the fuel was pumped out and the results were appealing.
