A young man whose name has been identified as Emmanuel Appaih has found himself getting stroke after the court pronouced him guilty for stealing some items .
Crime Check Foundation during an interview with the young man found out that he was caught for stealing the axle of an abondoned car which he sold for GHC500 but was unfortuante to have had the owner of the car surfacing and causing his arrest.
Owner of the car who arrested him was said to have sent him to court where he fainted immediately after court gave their verdict and was rushed to the hospital for treatment but was pronounced with stroke.
Mr Emmanuel is currently at the St. Gregory Hospital in Budumburum in the central region where he is receieving medical attention whiles been guarded by some policemen
