A man has caused a stir on the internet after spreading onions on a couple during their traditional marriage in one of the states in the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The laughter amid the action tells it all that the people around had been able to decipher the idea the man was trying to carry across.
This does not come as a surprise since the fluctuation in the price of onions has made the sellers of the farm produce untouchable and market “gods” at the moment.
