It’s rare to have rappers pour accolades on competitors in the music space but rapper M.anifest has proved people wrong.
With his ‘Manifans’ glued behind him, he still went ahead to congratulate Shatta Wale for how well he has elevated his ‘Shatta Movement’ fans to project his music and arts.
According to the rapper, Shatta Wale deserves respect for having followers with mammoth numbers at par with that of politicians.
Speaking on Joy FM’s Super Morning show with Daniel Dadzie, M.anifest said, “one thing you have to respect about Shatta is the movement he has. Its more than that of a politician and you can acknowledge that.”
M.anifest further asked his fans to refrain from dissing fans of other musicians to move the industry forward.
He added that his recent ‘Rapper 101’ song wasn’t directed at rapper Sarkodie as perceived in the public sphere.
