The only man left in the nuclear family of former President Jerry John Rawlings now has a lot of issues to settle. The only son of the late President is in the person of Kimathi Rawlings. The young man resembles his father so much that he’s gained admiration everywhere. Whilst one of the Rawlings’ – Dr. Zenator Rawlings is an NDC MP and their mum is an NDP President Candidate, Kimathi Rawlings is yet publicly show his political affiliation. He is, however, rumoured to be dating one of the daughters of the sitting president Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo. Does this make him an NPP member?

Kimathi Rawlings was born in the 80s to the former president of Ghana, Jerry John Rawlings, and his wife Nana Konadu Agyemang Rawlings.
He was named after Kenyan freedom fighter Dedan Kimathi.
He has three elder sisters; Dr. Zanetor Rawlings, Yaa Asantewaa Rawlings, and Amina Rawlings. Kimathi Rawlings had his basic education at North Ridge Lyceum and Morning Star School in Accra. He and his sister, Amina continued their secondary education at Millfield School in England. He had his tertiary education at Aston University in Birmingham, England, where he studied Bachelor of Science (BSc), International Business.
