A popular Nigerian Journalist on Twitter has shared an alarming report by Arise TV on the micro-blogging platform regarding how the government is prepared to take the lives of civilians.
According to Okon, a report by Arise Tv actually reveals there are military snipers positioned at vantage points to take out civilians.
He revealed this whiles alerting Nigerian protestors on how cruel the government is and how determined it is to destroy the lives of civilians by all means possible.
His tweet reads;
