Ghanaian female sensation Wendy Shay has finally emerged victorious after a vigorous legal battle to claim ownership of her new song ” Pray for the world”.
To serve as a reminder, ” Pray for the world” was stripped of YouTube because of allegations that the instrumentals of the song were illegally copyrighted from the Master KG’s hit track ”Jerusalma”.
Wendy Shay came out on several occasions to cement the fact that the song was soley hers. She added that her legal team where in full action to make sure that justice was served.
After the wary legal banter with YouTube, Wendy and her entire team have been vindicated as YouTube has been instructed by the court to re-establish the video back on their platform.
Wendy Shay took to her Twitter page to thank her fans who stood behind her in her trial times.
