Lady called Gbemi trends after gaining admission to study at the University of Manchester

Gbemi is currently trending in Ghana after a lady gained admission to study at the University of Manchester.

Brampton Manor Academy in East London took to their official Twitter account to announce that Gbemi scored straight As that will enable her to study medicine at the University of Manchester.

Funny enough, Ghanaians who landed on the tweet have started making fun of it causing it to make it to the trend list in Ghana.

Though Gbemi is the name of the female student, in Ghana, it’s an insult in the GA dialect and many have reacted to this on Twitter.
