Reports coming in from the Upper Manya Krobo District Health Directorate has revealed that a lot of people in the district have refused to get vaccinated as they claim they would Vote for NPP should they take the drug.
According to reports the district has estimated that a total of fifty thousand, one hundred and four (50,104) people would be vaccinated before the year-end but records show that only about 282 have availed themselves to be vaccinated.
Esther Dua Oyinka who happens to be the district health director speaking to reporters revealed there is some information circulating that the NPP government had infected the vaccine with some drugs that would make them vote for them in the next election thereby their decision not to take the jab.
She further went ahead to add that her team has started sensitization and awareness creation so that people would be made to ignore that false information that has been encrypted in their minds.
