Kofi Kinaata is receiving plaudits for his impressive songwriting abilities especially on the wave of the new banging tune, Things Fall Apart.
However, veteran High-life singer, Rex Omar believes although the young rapper and singer deserves all the accolades coming his way, it has to be noted that Kofi Kinaata is not a songwriter but a lyricist.
In a phone-in interview with Arnold Elavanyo on Zylofon’s Showbiz Agenda, the ‘Abiba’ hitmaker was asked to mention his top 5 Ghanaian songwriters of all time and that was when he mentioned Kofi Kinaata’s name alongside the clarification.
He further mentioned Amandzeba Nat Brew, OJ, Okyeame Kwame, Rev Yawson, Akwaboah and Ephraim Amo as his favourite all-time songwriters.
