Honourable Kennedy Agyapong escaped an assassination that was meant to take place in his own house at Tema Community 12.
According to a report sighted by Gossips24.com on GhSplash.com, two gunmen broke into the house of the lawmaker to assassinate him.
Unfortunately for them, they only arrived at the honourable member of parliament’s house to meet his nephew in the absence of the lawmaker.
This attempt only comes after Kennedy Agyapong dared Angel Obinim in their most recent beef. It must be remembered that during his recent beef with Bishop Obinim, he said he’ll be relaxing in his Tema mansion as he fears no one except God.
It’s likely these assassins got to know of this Tema mansion when the member of parliament described it during his recent beef.
The assassination attempt was revealed by a nephew of Kennedy Agyapong who works at Net2 television since he was the only one the gunmen came to meet.
Narrating the ordeal, his nephew said he heard unusual footsteps, however, he assumed it’s his co-worker at Net2 who usually comes in late so he descended downstairs only to be met by these gunmen.
One of them pulled a knife and coerced him to lead him to the room of Kennedy Agyapong.
The nephew of Kennedy Agyapong after leading him upstairs pulled a smart one on the guy and locked him in one of the rooms and quickly started shouting for help.
