JUST IN: EOCO Secures Court Order To Freeze Properties Of Menzgold & Other Associated Companies

The Economic and Organises Crime Office (EOCO) has been granted a court order to freeze all properties belonging to Menzgold.

In a press release issued by EOCO, the High Court has given them the order to freeze all landed properties and vehicles of Menzgold Ghana Limited, Menzgold Office Complex, Zylofon Arts Complex, Brew Marketing Consult, Star Madrid Football Club, Zylofon Music & Media Company Limited, Brew Energy Company Limited, houses, cars and other properties associated with Menzgold and Nana Appiah Mensah.

“By this news release, all employees of the affected companies, relatives and friends who are in possession of any of such properties are to surrender same by the authority of the High Court to the Economic and Organised Crime Head Office and Regional offices in their own interest. Failure to do so will constitute contempt of court which will attract the appropriate sanctions“,  a part of the release read.

Meanwhile, the embattled owner of Menzgold Nana Appiah Mensah, widely known as NAM 1 is still at detention in Dubai for engaging in fraudulent activities.
