Just In: 2022 Budget Approved By Parliament Without Minority

News information coming in and available to Gossips24.com has revealed that Parliament has approved the 2022 budget that was presented by Finance minister ken Ofori Atta.

According to reports, the First Deputy Speaker who sat in for the Speaker who traveled for some medical examination revealed that the budget has been approved for the coming year.

Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu who is the majority leading speaking on the rejection of the budget which went viral stated that the rejection of the budget at first did not meet the test established under Article 104,” because Parliament did not have the required numbers to be present in the chamber for purposes of taking decisions.

Hon Joseph Osei Owusu speaking after the words of the majority leader revealed ruled that the earlier decision was in error and in violation of Article 104 (1) and caused it to be expunged from the record.

A new vote was been made after the minority left the parliament hall making the majority win the votes with 138 people approving the budget.
