Ghanaian actor, John Dumelo, is obviously going to be called the ‘Nation’s prophet’ after his prediction ahead of the penalty shootout came to pass.
Though many Ghanaian celebrities were optimistic that the Black Stars of Ghana were going to qualify after a last minute own goal equalizer, John Dumelo was on the other side of the coin.
John took to twitter to predict how he felt about the penalty shootout before the kicks were taken. The actor predicted Ghana’s loss, this was exactly 3 minutes before the shootouts.
He wrote; “My predictions. Ghana will not win the penalties. I’m sorry“
Ghana lost 4-5 to Tunisia on penalties seeing them out of the AFCON 2019 tournament as Tunisia advances to the quarterfinals stage of the competition.
