In a Twitter space yesterday, Emmanuel Andrews Sammini, better known as Samini (formerly Batman), talked about what the nation is currently facing and what he could do as a citizen to help curb whatever was going wrong.
Speaking about the national cathedral, which is to be built by the current government, Saminin said: “One of the “Nos” for me is the National Cathedral. I am not for it, I am not a fan of it, because I think it is a personal priority.”
However, he also suggested that those celebrities who poked their noses in campaigning for Akuffo Addo should visit him and tell him things are not really going well in the country.
In his own words, he said:
“I think it is time those of us who stuck our noses out for the president to visit him and have a dialogue with him and tell him things aren’t going well. I think it will make sense to have an audience with the President to be able to let him hear what is on the ground and what is actually happening on the ground.”
