“Is COVID-19 a Christmas period? Why are you asking for money?”- Bobrisky quizzes
Controversial Nigerian crossdresser, Okuneye Idris Olarenwaju popularly known as Bobrisky says it is funny how people now solicit financial help online because of coronavirus.
She quizzed as to whether the outbreak of the virus and people self-isolating has turned the whole season into the Christmas season especially with how people are asking for money just as it’s done when Christmas is due.
“Wait, is COVID-19 a Christmas period or public holiday? Why are you asking for money? I weak,” he wrote in a mixture of English and Pidgin.
Bobrisky’s comment is coming a day after popular Nigerian singer, Runtown had announced N10 million giveaway for people without money, to enable them stock up ahead of the looming lockdown.
