The incumbent president of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has assured Ghanaians that he will accept the results of the elections whether it goes in his favour or otherwise.
With barely 72 hours to the elections day, the NPP lead member who is optimistic of retaining power has assured that he will choose peace and stability over the election results.
In a message he shared on his Twitter page, he wrote;
I have said that we believe in elections, and I am happy to give my word that we shall accept the verdict of the people of Ghana. Above all, I pledge that the peace, unity and safety of Ghana will be our primary consideration.
