Fela-styled Nigerian musician, Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu, known professionally as Burna Boy has revealed he hasn’t slept since October 20, 2020.
On October 20, 2020, the world mourned with the souls of poor peaceful protestors who were shot at Lekki tollbooth in Lagos, Nigeria.
This event, according to Burna Boy – the African Giant – has traumatized him despite the numerous violence and death he has seen in his life hence his inability to sleep for the past three days.
Taking to twitter, Burna tweeted; “I HAVE NOT SLEPT since 20/10/2020. I close my eyes and all I see is Lekki toll gate. I’ve seen a lot of Violence and death in my Life but this is the one that has Traumatized me.”
