Multiple award-winning Ghanaian rapper, Michael Owusu Addo, now known as Sarkodie has revealed he has never bought a phone with his own money before.
The 2019 VGMA Artiste of the decade has made a quite intriguing revelation – though not extremely surprising – we believe this is one of his braggadocious statements.
Per what he said, it can be deduced that all the phones he uses from the start of his career were all gifts.
He indicated this in a recent tweet where he was seriously interacting with his SarkNation. He wrote;
“Can y’all believe I never bought a phone for my self before ??”
The said tweet was as a results of the musician cracking his phone which brought out about the said revelation.
