Dr Elsie Effah Kaufmann who happens to be the quiz mistress for the National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ) which takes place every year as come out to reveal that she has started receiving death threats.
According to Dr. Elsie Effah Kaufmann, the rate at which people have been threatening to cause harm to her has become very serious as no days go by without people sending her messages.
Speaking during an interview at kessben TV revealed that apart from the insults from people on social media some also took it to the extreme of issuing death threats on her and her family.
She further went ahead to call on people and the contestants to voice out their dissatisfaction while the contest is going on rather than waiting for results to be pronounced before they go home and start issuing their threats.
The recently ended NSMQ saw Prempeh College emerging as the winner followed by Presec who came in second and Keta Senior High coming third.
