- Confirm Ghana Card Pin
- Enter Surname
- Enter First Name(s)
- Enter Date of Birth (Format: DDMMYYYY)
- Select Sex
- Confirm Details
- Submit Details Provided After Confirmation
NOTE: Successful applicants who are able to register their sim without any issues would be sent a unique code to confirm the registration.
Those who are unable to provide the right information would be given 3 attempts to answer security questions as those who fail to verify would be made to contact the National Identification Authority.
