Here Is What Hon Barbara Oteng Gyasi Knows About Tourism
Last Friday, 1st March, 2019, a major reshuffle took place as new ministers were promoted to occupy new offices as others were demoted, and Hon. Barbara Oteng Gyasi is among the lucky ones who were promoted.
The entertainment industry, has over the years been yearning for a good leader/ minister. With attempts by Madam Catherine Afeku, former minister of Tourism, Creative Arts and Culture, to make the arts sector a befitting one for investors, her dream and efforts have been put to a stand still via a demotion.
A statement by the President saw Madam Catherine Afeku moved to the presidency to serve as Minister of State at the Office of the President, assigned to the Office of the Senior Minister where as Hon. Barbara Oteng Gyasi is the new Minister for Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts.
Well, Hon. Barbara Oteng Gyasi, is the Member of Parliament for Prestea Huni-Valley constituency and former Deputy Minister for Lands and Natural Resources.

Our checks proved that the new minister knows much about law than she knows about creativity, the arts and how to make tourism better.
Well, lets keep our fingers crossed and see how far this is going to take us.
