“My grandfather wanted to throw me into a latrine and k!ll me” – Kennedy Agyapong tells a sad story (video)

NPP Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Kennedy Ohene Agyapong as part of his much anticipated 60th birthday celebration has told a story that has saddened the hearts of many.

Kennedy Agyapong who rose from nothing to something which many term ‘cocaine money’ has on numerous occasions revealed everything is possible under this sun.

In a most recent interview with Citi TV on the Upside Down Show, Honourable Kennedy Agyapong revealed he was the rejected corner stone in his father’s family.

He explained that his biological father impregnated three friends, of which his mother was a victim. As a result of the shame his father had brought to his grandfather who was then a chief in Assin, his grandfather ordered that Kennedy Agyapong should be aborted.

“He got three friends pregnant in the village, so my grandfather who was the chief was against my father. So when I was born, and because he is the chief whatever he says is final, he called my uncles and told them to try and take me out of my mother’s and put me inside the latrine,” he said.

He said by God’s grace the plans of his grandfather did not come to pass. God who knew what was in stock for his family used him – the one who was supposed to be aborted – to bless his family and change the lives of all those who gathered at the meeting that was supposed to determine whether he will be allowed to live or not.

Kennedy said it is for this reason that he is strongly against abortion.
