Ghanaians on Twitter have taken to their respective accounts to react after Akufo-Addo was declared as the president-elect for 2020.
The electoral commission of Ghana led by Jean Mensah annouced Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo as the winner of the 2020 presidential elections.
He won the election after polling 51.59 of the total votes cast.
His main rival, Mahama of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) also managed to poll 47.36% of the total votes cast.
