Ghanaian millionaire, Nana Kojo Boateng, popularly known among his peers as Dada Joe Remix has revealed why he does not live in a house built for himself.
The millionaire for the past months has been living in a rented penthouse that costs between $6,000 and $7,000 per month.
According to him, a lot of people have trooped to his DM on various social media platforms to advise him to stop spending on rent and go back to his house.
However, he believes living in a penthouse which forces him to pay at most $7000 (Ghc 40,985) every month keeps him on his toes to work and hustle hard.
In a post sighted on his SnapChat, Nana Kojo Boateng, alias Dada Joe Remix stated that when he lives in his own house where no one asks him to pay a dime he becomes lazy and forgets there’s the need to make more money, hence his decision to live in such an expensive penthouse.
