The CEO of Black Avenue Musiq, Desmond Blackmore, widely known in showbiz as DBlack has disclosed that he will be investing in a media house that only promotes Ghanaian music.
From his statement, one can clearly recognize that the rapper is very much interested in the success of Ghanaian music and the promotion of local musical content.
DBlack’s Black Avenue Record label already hosts many talented artists from Ghana and setting up a media station that plays only local music is just another step higher.
His statement did not come as a surprise Ghanaian musicians lament a lot about the influx of foreign music in the country.
