Ghana won’t be on lockdown over coronavirus outbreak – Oppong- Nkrumah

Minister for Information, Kojo Oppong-Nkrumah has debunked reports suggesting that there will be a national lockdown from Sunday, March 21, 2020.

A few hours ago, the Vice President of IMANI Ghana in tweeted alleged that the National Security Council has been strongly advising Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo to embark on the lockdown.

But, in a tweet, Gossips24.com sighted, Mr. Oppong-Nkrumah denied such reports describing them as false.

He, however, revealed that President Akufo-Addo later in the day will speak on the matter in a televised address to the nation.
