Meanwhile, the president in his 10th Address to the nation on the COVID-19 epidemic eased the restrictions on social gathering which has enabled schools and worship centres to commence but with limitation to a certain number of people.
Unfortunately COVID-19 positive recorded cases has jumped to 20, 314 with 13,904 recoveries and 117 deaths.
