Fuse ODG calls on government to Legalize Prostitution

UK based Ghanaian musician Fuse ODG has called on the government of Ghana to legalize prostitution in the country.

The topic of prostitution came up for discussion in a recent interview where he was asked to share his view.

Speaking to Joy FM, Fuse ODG was quizzed on whether prostitution should be legalized or not and he responded that the government of Ghana should consider legalizing the act by women because it is a profession.

According to the TINA frontliner, there is nothing wrong with a woman using her own body for what she thinks is good for her and it includes trading her body for money.

He continued by informing the government to legalize prostitution in order to protect the women who are engaged in it.

He also said ‘Ghanaian should be open minded about sex since they are having the sex anyway’. Yes. I would say yes. Legalize it.’, he told Joy FM.

He continued, ‘Legalize the work that these women are doing to protect them. I feel like they deserve protection. It is their body’. ‘You are saying sex is not wrong. I feel like Ghanaians are so scared to talk about sex’, he explained.
