The 2019 Africa Movie Academy Awards (AMAA) was held on Sunday, October 27, 2019, at the Landmark Event Centre in Lagos.

Africa Movie Academy Awards (AMAA) is an annual event that seeks to award excellence in movie making on the African continent and the African diaspora.

This year’s edition was hosted by actress and producer, Kemi Lala Akindoju, Lorenzo Menakaya and comedian, Funny bone.
