Young boys download pictures of orandom female social media users and create accounts on either facebook or instagram with these pictures to dupe vulnerable guys by claiming to be ladies.
A post on facebook authored by Evans Annan Acquah is a caution to facebook users not to fall into the trap of a fake account with the name “Ama Joyce”.
According to Evans Annan Acquah, his friend has been a victim of the dubious means employed by the user behind this fake account to take money from him.
