The Ethiopian Ambassador to Ghana, Mr. Regessa Kefale Ere has brought his service to Ghana to an end and hence called on Ghana’s Foreign Affairs Minister to say goodbye.
Mrs. Shirley Ayorkor Botchwey, the foreign affairs minister was full of gratitude as she commended Mr. Ere’s role played in deepening the cordial and economic relationship that currently exist between Ghana and Ethiopia.
One key economic achievement that Madam Shirley did not fail to talk about is the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCTA) that she said was going to help increase trade for both countries.
She also thanked him and the entire Ethiopian Government for helping the building of a new Chancery for Ghana in their capital city, Addis Ababa.
Futhermore, Mrs. Botchwey commended Ethiopia for their help in fighting the Coronavirus Pandemic.
Mr. Regessa has been an Ambassador to Ghana since June 2017.
