A polling station in New Zongo in the Asawase constituency of the Ashanti region has suspended its voting process.
This comes after a man attempted to steal ballot papers in the ballot box.
He has since been arrested by police on the grounds.
“He was dropping about five leaflets including what he collected from the centre into the ballot box and I just held his hand,” EC officials said.
