Efia Odo and the leaders of #FixTheCountry demonstrators have been dragged to the Accra High Court once again by the Ghana Police Service.
The Ghana Police Service represented by attorneys of the state are seeking another order from the Accra High Court to stop the upcoming demonstration from happening.
Earlier, the Supreme Court ruled in favor of organizers of the #FixTheCountry demonstration giving them clearance to go ahead with the demonstration. The court ruled against the Police’s attempt to forever ban the #FixTheCountry demonstration.
However, the Ghana Police service with reasons that the demonstration will do more harm than good has gone back to the same Accra High Court to seek redress.
This morning, Efia Odo and her peers readied for court with optimism that the High Court judge will rule in their favour to bring the score to 2-1.
