The flagbearer of the Ghana Freedom Party(GFP), Madam Akua Donkor, has petitioned the apex court to dismiss a petition filed by the National Democratic Congress(NDC) challenging the 2020 presidential results.
The petition dated December 29, 2020, argues that the election results as declared by the Chairperson of the Electoral Commission, Jean Mensah is a true reflection of the choice of Ghanaians.
The petition continues that it is never true that the EC rigged the elections for the NPP and the President-elect, Nana Addo Danquah Akufo-Addo.
