Africa’s dancehall king, Shatta Wale has affirmed the public opinion that self-acclaimed King of Ghana comedy, DKB is not funny.
According to Shatta Wale in an interview on Kumasi-based Nhyira FM today, DKB’s jokes are no longer funny. Shatta said he rather finds OB Amponsah as a comedian who has the skill and the same time sounds funny when ever he drops a joke.
Shatta Wale said this when he was asked which celebrity would he be surprised to see in Heaven.
In Shatta’s response, he bluntly said, “DKB because his jokes are not funny so when he gets to heaven I will wonder how he was able to convince Jesus because even Angel Gabriel won’t laugh when he jokes.“
“The new guy I have now is OB Amponsah, OB Amponsah can make it to heaven because he has all the skills,” he continued.
It’s surprising how Shatta gave DKB up so easily considering the fact that the comedian has stood behind the dancehall artist, and even emceed some of his shows for free.
We don’t know how DKB will feel about this, but we know for sure that his enemies will be rejoicing upon Shatta’s ‘hard truth.’
