Diego Maradona has been rushed to and has currently been admitted at the Ipensa Clinic in La Plata after not being well for several days, only some days after celebrating his birthday.
According to his doctor Leopoldo Luque, Maradona will be held at the hospital for some days to observe his situation.
Although the doctor did not say exactly what was wrong with the Argentine Legend, he mentioned that it was not COVID-19 related as he has tested negative to the virus a few days ago.
”He had been feeling poorly and will be held under observation for “at least three days”,“He is not well psychologically and that has an impact on his physical wellbeing,”
“He’s not as well as I would like and as well as I know he can be. He needs help, this is the time to help him. “Diego is a person who is sometimes excellent and sometimes not so much,” . “

Maradona is likely to miss the game between Gimnasia’s and Velzez Sarsfield this weekend because he is still in the hospital.
