The well-endowed and the multiple award-winning musician made the announcement his social media pages.
Liya will be joining the like of Mayorkun, Dremo, Peruzzi and other being managed under one of the biggest imprints in African owned by David Adeleke.
Early hours today, the DMW Boss took to twitter to announce he is about signing his first female artist.
