Controversial and outspoken Nigerian actor, Uche Maduagwu, has called Davido out for allegedly denying to be part of the #ENDSARS protest during his meeting with the IGP.
According to Uche Maduagwu, Davido is a disgrace to everything the legendary musician, Fela Kuti stood for. As he sold-out the people he claims he’s fighting for against Police brutality
On Monday, Davido met with the Public Relations Officer of the Nigerian Police Force, Frank Mba to hold deliberations on the measured to end police brutality and disband the infamous police unit called SARS
During the closed-door meeting, Davido was quizzed by Frank Mba why he has diplomatically agreed to hold a meeting with the police after taking sides with protesters against the security forces.
Davido who was terrified throughout pout the discussion denied being part of the protest by noting that he was seen among the protestor because he wanted to calm down his fans.
This reply from Davido didn’t sit down well with a lot of Nigerians who are part of the #ENDSARS protest because they believe the singer has disappointed and insulted their intelligence on top.
Uche who appears to be the most agitated Took to his Instagram page, to blast Davido as he wrote;
May God never allow #Erica or Wizkid and the brave nigerian youths see the mumu diplomacy that will make them deny being part of the laudable and great #endsars protest in #naija.
