One of Ghana’s finest highlife musicians, Kofi Nti, has joined the debate as to whether Daddy Lumba has a hand in Anokye Supremo’s death or not.
Kofi Nti do not understand why some Ghanaians can be so naive to point accusing fingers at Daddy Lumba.
In an interview on Adom Entertainment Hall with Mike 2, Kofi Nti stated that some Ghanaians should stop accusing Daddy Lumba wrongly. He strongly believe Lumba has no hand in the death of Anokye Supremo.
He stated that, Daddy Lumba competes with the likes of Amakye Dede, Kojo Antwi and other legendary highlife musicians so there’s no need fearing competition from the young lad.
“Why would Lumba kill Anokye, after all Daddy has no competition with him, Daddy Lumba rather competes with the likes of Amakye Dede, Kojo Antwi among others… Anokye just mimicked him and he sent him to court and that doesn’t mean Lumba has killed him, the man has nothing to do to him”, he stated.
Daddy Lumba’s lookalike who was popularly called ‘Daddy Lumba Junior’ died on Wednesday, January 30, 2019, after undergoing a surgery to remove a brain tumor. May his soul rest in perfect peace.
