An angry mtn customer has threatened to sue the South African Telecommunication giant’s arm in Ghana for some reasons he made known on social media.
According to one Ghanaian, Seth Cornelius Okraku – as his username on facebook identifies – MTN Ghana has refused to refund his 24ghc to him.

Seth claims he will sue MTN Ghana because he is sure they are doing it on intention since he has complained on the same issue severally but the telco has refused to attend to him.
He believes the court will be the best place to settle scores.
A comment from Seth sighted on social media by Gossips24.com reads,
” I used momo to purchase waec code for BECE results, I never received the code. I called your hotline about 5times within 4hours and there was no solution. I later used my other momo account to buy and the story was the same. I later called the hotline to request for cancellation and I had a confirmation from the agent for both accounts and the assurance that it will take a maximum of 48hrs for refund, I agreed. On Monday after 72hrs I called the hotline number only for your staff to tell me you Guys can not do the refund and that you are sending me the codes and sent it right after the call. Meanwhile I’ve gotten the results as far back as Friday, now tell me what to use the codes for, lotto or what?
I’ve called again to complain and it’s like you guys are not willing to refund my Ghc24 so I’m in contact with my Lawyers. “
