Cristiano Ronaldo’s mother rushed to Madeira hospital over suspected stroke

Cristiano Ronaldo’s mother has been rushed to hospital with a suspected stroke.

According to the Mirror, local reports in Portugal are saying that Dolores Aveiro was admitted to Dr. Nelio Mendonca Hospital, Madeira, in the early hours of Tuesday morning.

It’s been claimed that Aveiro is ‘conscious and stable’ and will undergo tests in the coming hours to establish the state of her health.

One source claims that Aveiro suffered an ischemic stroke, which is caused by a blood clot that blocks or plugs blood vessels in the brain. The hospital is yet to make an official comment.

The mum-of-four has previously had health complications and won her battle with breast cancer in 2007.
