Young millionaire, Criss Waddle, and video vixen, Efia Odo are set to donate hand sanitizers to a hospital in Konongo in the Ashanti Region of Ghana.
The request was made on social media by a native of the town who complained bitterly about the lack of support especially with the number of sanitizers and other materials needed to aid the hospital in this era of coronavirus.
The tweep, sirFrempong4u made a humble plea to Criss Waddle and Efia Odo requesting their support, he wrote; “In this times,many hospitals lack sanitizers and face masks for our nurses.I visited a hospital inside Konongo and virtually all the staff were without any @efiaodo1 @CrissWaddle can u help my people please?? “
Efia Odo pledged to support the hospital as requested. In her reply, she said; “I’ll see what I can do”.
Criss Waddle who had earlier donated over 1000 hand sanitizers to people in his neighbourhood and fans in Tema also asked for more details in order to give the hospital his maximum help.
He replied, “Where in Konongo,we need the hospital name and contact and how many nurses work there so that we can throw in some support as soon as possible“.
The positive response from both celebrities proves how prepared Ghanaians are to help each other as we combat the deadly virus.
