NPP’s petition over the Sene West parliamentary seat as far as the 2020 election is concerned has been dropped in the bin by the Wenchi Highcourt.
From what we have gathered, the party was also slapped with a heavy fine court fine of ¢14,000 which was described by the the court as “irredeemably incompetent.”
The Electoral Commission has now been given the go-ahead to announce the election results for the Sene West constituency.
The has consequently influenced the earlier injunction which was submitted by the NPP’s parliamentary candidate, Joseph Markay Kuma, to be nullified.
