Coronavirus Is In Ghana But Our Medical Experts Can’t Confirm Because Of Poor Technology

There is a strong public opinion among the average Ghanaian that the deadly infectious coronavirus is already in Ghana, although all suspected cases have tested negative.

Yesterday, the president of Ghana addressed the state on the measures the government is putting in place to safeguard its citizens. The president in his statement, as reported by Gossips24.com, revealed a sum of $100 million has been budgeted to enhance preparedness and response plan.

Amidst all these measures in place by the Government of Ghana, citizens have also questioned the ability of the medical equipment available in the country to detect the virus and confirm if there is any in the country.

Most citizens are of the view that all the cases that tested negative were not by grace, but rather as a result of the country’s poor technology being unable to detect the virus.

It is an undeniable fact that Ghana has the medical experts but the technology to aid them in their research is a bit worrying. Also, the government is not being proactive, looking at how the development of preventive measures has taken a slow pace, again this government is not very reactive with situations, and Ghanaians are worried that by the time the requisite equipment is made available the virus may have spread out.

A concern of the sort has been raised by Ghanaian millionaire Ibrah One, as he also posted on social media that he strongly believes Coronavirus is in Ghana but our medical experts can’t confirm because of poor technology in the country.

Defending his statement, Ibrah stated that some hospitals cannot diagnose common malaria not to talk of a strange virus. He continued by saying Ghana can only confirm the virus if someone very big or a celebrity gets infected.
