New update by the Ghana Health Service sees a huge jump in the number of confirmed coronavirus cases in Ghana.
The total number of confirmed cases in Ghana has now risen to 3,091.
As of May 6, 2020, the total number of cases in Ghana was 2,719, this means, per the new total number of cases, 372 more cases have been confirmed between now and then.
The data released by the Ghana health service also reveals the number of confirmed cases in Greater Accra keeps on increasing.
Meanwhile, the total number of recoveries has also moved from 294 to 303 — meaning 9 more people have recovered. Total deaths still remain at 18.
