Undoubtedly, Kwame Nkrumah Circle, a suburb of Accra has been tagged as one of the notorious areas in the capital city of Ghana.

It also one of the busiest place in Accra to the extent that one need to be extra careful when going about their daily tasks.

Gossips24.com has sighted a video of how a fraudster was able to sell soap to an elderly man as smartphone at Kwame Nkrumah Circle.

The elderly man was not careful and didn’t see or suspect any fraudulent activity as he went ahead to pay for the phone and got a ‘soap’ in return instead of the phone.
