Juventus star player, Cristiano Ronaldo is reported to have tested positive again after testing positive earlier in the month.
Being only nine days after his first positive test, the Portuguese newspaper Correio de Manha has reported that the player’s positive test result came out on October 22. Even though he tested positive, the news reported that the test had a low viral load which is giving Juventus some hope of the player’s appearance in the Champions League.
UEFA requires that a player’s test result is negative for at least one week before he is allowed to play a game but Juventus may seek permission to be allowed a 48-hour test for Christiano prior to their match against Barcelona on 28th October.
This is solely up to UEFA to decide to approve the club’s request or not.
